In-store Kiosk gave customers the option for self-help. It allowed a customer to narrow down the type of phone they needed by answering a few questions.

We did a kick off with the product manager from T-Mobile. He provided the content and flow chart based on your decision points. After sketching up the flow/navigation I reviewed it with our account manager. He suggested we apply visual design to the initial startup screen and present to the client before going any further. We did and after a few revisions I mocked up and prototyped one of the flows.
